Payment Terms & Medical Insurance
We maintain straightforward, transparent financial policies for all private patients.
Accepted Payment Methods
We operate on a contactless and secure card payment basis. We welcome Chip & PIN debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct BACS bank transfers. In accordance with updated clinic safety policies, deferred invoice accounts have been discontinued; payments are settled on the day of treatment.
Private Medical Insurance Reimbursement
While Harley Street Dental Ltd is a fee-for-service private clinic, we gladly assist insured patients. We supply itemized official receipts, GDC registration credentials, and diagnostic treatment codes to enable you to claim reimbursement directly from your private dental insurer (including Bupa International, AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Allianz, and others).
